With its blank canvas ambiance, 4105 offers a versatile setting where creativity knows no bounds, capable of accommodating up to 380 seated guests in 5500 square feet of space, along with another 2200 square feet of industrial lux cocktail hour space. Catering is provided by Seattle’s award-winning Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes Catering. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a grand affair, 4105 offers the fexibility to bring your vision to life. The open layout provides ample room for creativity, allowing you to design the perfect setting for your event.

Rental fees include 10 hours of access, inclusive of all time for deliveries, decor installations, and event setup, and cleanup time. Additional consecutive time available at $100 per hour, plus staffing fees.

Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes offers multiple bar packages to fit your event needs. You may provide your own beer, wine, or champagne - Alcohol Handling Fees will apply. All liquor must be provided by Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes. Cash Bar options also available.
Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes provides all staff, including a lead server on site for the entire contracted venue rental time, bartenders, and servers. The number of staff is determined by your event needs.
