This year we’re introducing our very first Holiday To-Go Menu alongside our usual offerings. Our culinary and pastry teams have carefully curated this season’s menus to make your holiday hosting stress-free! Whether you're planning a family Christmas Eve party, an intimate gathering with friends, or a festive Christmas Day celebration, there's something for every occasion on this year’s to-go menus.

2024 Fall To-Go Menu
Brunchin’ It
Brunch is always a crowd-pleaser, and we've added some dishes on this year’s menu to impress your guests! We’re currently offering Mini Quiche Tartlets, a Fresh Fruit Salad, Chai-Spiced Banana Walnut Bread, Blueberry Lemon Streusel Bread, and a Sour Cream-Pecan Coffee Cake. Who doesn’t love a great brunch spread?
Show Stopping Starters
Michelle Nguyen, our Event Producer, reveals her favorite petite sandwich of the season: “I personally love the Grilled Apple & Brie Croissants! They're always a popular choice for my upcoming holiday events. The balance of flavors and textures is perfect, with just the right hint of sweetness to complement the savory brie.”
Our team is also a fan of the Smoked Chicken on Ciabatta, Harissa Chickpea Wrap, Al Pastor Pork Skewers, Chili Lime Beef Skewers, and Roasted Beet and Carrot Salad.
Must-Have Mains
Ashley Durant, our Executive Sous Chef, gives some insight into this year’s menu: ”My current favorite item on the To-Go menu is the Coulotte Steak Platter. The Maple Horseradish Dip is fantastic, with just the right balance of heat and sweetness. I hadn’t tried the coulotte cut before we added it to the menu, but it's become one of my favorites—so tender and flavorful!”
We’re also partial to the Butternut Squash and Smoked Mozzarella Pizzette, Local Cheese Display, Guajillo Roasted Baby Carrots, Smoked Chicken Breast, and Plank Salmon.
Sweet Treats!
When it comes to this year’s desserts, I’m especially excited about the Raspberry Gianduja Tartlet! Hazelnut chocolate is a definite favorite of mine, and the sour raspberry jam pairs with it perfectly. The dark chocolate tart shell adds a satisfying crunch, while the gianduja filling maintains its creamy texture, even in the chill of the PNW weather. Another holiday favorite of mine is the Cranberry Walnut Tartlet, which has evolved from its previous bar-form into a delightful square shortbread tartlet. It still delivers that irresistible balance of tart cranberries, slightly bitter walnuts, and a sweet, chewy orange liqueur filling. Plus, it's gorgeous to look at!
