We are thrilled to share our 2024 holiday menu, full of seasonal favorites and innovative delights! Our culinary team has poured their heart into creating a diverse menu with a little bit of everything for everyone. From vegan desserts to gluten free chef stations, we want everyone to have a place at the holiday table this season. 

Holiday Favorites from the T&T Team

We’ve been asking around our headquarters to see what our team thinks of this year’s menu, and to say they’re loving it would be an understatement! Abi Haggerty shares, “I’m particularly excited about the Crispy Duck Spring Roll appetizer and the Culotte Steak and Papas Small Plate Station. Duck feels so festive, and I love this unique twist on our classic spring roll. Steak frites is one of my go-to restaurant orders, and this interactive chef station offers a fun take on a beloved dish. Who doesn’t enjoy a bit of culinary flair at their holiday event?”

Other featured Chef Stations for the upcoming season include our fun Local Oyster Shucking Station and Roasted Brussels Sprout Caesar Station!

Our talented Pastry Chef, Brideen Baker, reveals her favorite sweet of the season, our Ginger Cake: “The plated Ginger Cake isn’t vegan or gluten-free, but man, it’s absolutely delicious—just what you envision for a cozy dessert as the sun sets and the leaves turn. The moist gingerbread cake is served with warm cosmic crisp apples sautéed in butter. A dollop of sweet sabayon, spiced with cinnamon whisky and gently torched for a smoky finish, evokes memories of good times sitting around the campfire. Topped with a chunk of honeycomb toffee that melts in your mouth, this dessert is truly delightful!”

I am personally in love with the Persimmon Jam and Grilled Halloumi Brioche on this year’s menu. Not only is it a delicious treat, but it’s also a stunning work of art. It’s giving holiday vibes, stunning color, and delicious Halloumi–which, by the way, if you don’t know what Halloumi is, you’re missing out! I’m also partial to the Pickled Beet and Pecorino Snow Salad. Accompanied by a hazelnut praline atop a bed of arugula, this plated starter is the perfect combination of flavor, texture, and color.

Other honorable mentions include our Smoked Salmon Chowder, Beef Barbacoa Flautas, and the returning Butterscotch Pot de Creme!

The Best Seasonal Cocktail Recipe

We’re excited to carry our Apricot Ginger Whiskey Sour into our holiday menu. With delightful winter spice notes and the warmth of bourbon, this classic cocktail is perfectly sippable and pairs beautifully with our bourbon pecan tartlet from the dessert menu. Apricot Ginger Whiskey Sour Recipe:

2oz Bourbon

1oz Ginger Syrup

3/4oz Lemon Juice

1/4oz Apricot Liqueur

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice, and garnish with a cocktail cherry!
