Culinary innovation takes a lot of brilliance, a meticulous attention to fine details, and definitely a lot of passion. Those traits are a natural fit for Ashley, whose background may have begun with a degree in psychology and working in a research lab, but ultimately drove her to find her calling in catering.

Ashley works with our Executive Chef to manage and supervise the culinary department of DSquared’s catering operations, making sure that our kitchens are always producing delicious food for our clients, and our events are running smoothly from a culinary perspective. Being an integral part of helping an event come together, from menu creation to execution, is part of what Ashley loves most about working in catering – not to mention, the opportunity to work all over the city in Seattle’s diverse range of spectacular venues. When she’s not busy in the kitchen, Ashley is probably enjoying the outdoors with her dogs, playing board games, or happily eating her way through Seattle’s abundance of top-notch eateries.
