As an Event Operations Specialist at Tuxedos &Tennis Shoes and Hall at Fauntleroy, Kiana Daley ensures thatevery event runs smoothly from start to finish. Once an event is booked, shesteps in to handle logistics—coordinating site visits, designing floor plans,managing rental orders, and leading final details meetings to ensure a flawlessexperience. She’s also frequently onsite, making sure the service team is setup for success and that every event unfolds seamlessly.

With a background in hospitality and customer service Kiana’s expertise comes from hands-on experience. She started her career inhotels, working in banquets and front desk operations, where shemastered the art of anticipating guest needs and delivering exceptionalservice. Before joining DSquared, she worked as a bartender at a craftcocktail bar, where she developed an extensive knowledge of food andbeverages—and learned how to make a mean cocktail. She also spenttime as a dance teacher, sharing her passion for movement and providingan artistic outlet for kids.

Her love for organization and attention to detail startedin college when she served as President of her dance team, orchestratingperformances, fundraisers, and workshops. That experience sparked her passionfor event coordination, making her a perfect fit for the fast-paced world ofevent operations.

Outside of work, Kiana is still deeply involved in dance,performing with a professional company. She’s also an avid musiclover and reality TV binger, always up for a good playlist or the latestbinge-worthy show.
